Colorado Vaccine Hotline: 1-877- CO VAX CO (1-877-268-2926)
The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment launched a call center for the public to ask questions specifically about the COVID-19 vaccine. Now through the end of January, the vaccine call center is open Monday through Friday, 9AM-10PM, Saturday and Sunday, 9AM-5PM. Beginning February 1, 2021, hours will extend to 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Vaccine call center staff are trained to answer COVID-19 vaccine related questions, provide information about vaccine providers across the state, and give general information about COVID-19.
All Coloradoans aged 16 and older will be eligible to receive the vaccine beginning Friday, April 2, 2021.
Use this link to submit your contact information and answer a few questions for Ouray County Public Health Agency. You will then be contacted for a vaccine appointment when you qualify. Information submitted will be kept confidential.
Please understand that a limited number of vaccines will be sent to Ouray County for the first several months and Public Health will strictly follow the distribution guidelines outlined by the State. Please do not call or email for a vaccine appointment; utilize the link to submit your information. To check to see if you've been added to the list, or if you need assistance registering, please call (970) 325-4670 ext. 1.
For questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, please email covidvaccine@ouraycountyco.gov or by calling (970) 325-4670 ext. 1.
